Deep Exhale: a Day Retreat - Hosted by Kevin Yee-Chan

Align with the season of autumn and let go into a day of nourishing yoga practice, self-care, and community acupuncture.Begin the day with a Slow Flow & Stretch guided by Tracey Noseworthy that brings ebb and flow to your body, rocking any residual tension to the rhythm of sweet release. Your savasana will be met with live music by Kevin to touch the subtle qualities of content. Re-emerge gently with breathwork and guided meditation that leaves you with a clear breath, open heart, and spacious mind.Afterwards, nourish yourself with snacks, drinks, and a Q&A about the practice and how you can use these tools for the seasonal transition of letting go. Bring a journal to reflect on some writing prompts while you explore the beautiful space that is KWENCH: the new home to our Living Yogic Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training programs. Find a private desk or reading nooks to reflect inward, or relax by the comfortable couches and open kitchen to share in community.We'll gather once more to learn self-massage techniques and an option to take part in community acupuncture courtesy of Emma Barker R.Ac amidst soothing live music that will complete the final release of this day retreat: A Deep Exhale.A full locker room with warm showers awaits to gather yourself again and go back into the world with a fresh perspective.Light lunch/snacks and all classes/treatments are included in the price of the workshop.
