Each week will be themed around different mindfulness techniques that you can carry with you during times of high-stress & intense pressure to help soothe your nervous system and calm your busy mind. This series does not require any special equipment, clothing, or experience. Come as you are, and leave breathing a little bit deeper & thinking a little bit clearer!
