Stress is a daily occurrence in the lives of most people. While a little stress can be

beneficial, chronic, and/or unmanageable stress is linked to a variety of health

concerns and can often lead to decreased energy and undesirable mood changes.

With that said, there are many ways to help improve resilience and energy. During

this presentation, Dr. Chelsea Cole will be discussing how stress affects the body,

when further investigation of your symptoms is warranted, and highlighting

botanical and nutrient supports for stressful times.

Dr. Chelsea Cole is a naturopathic physician at Juniper Family Health in Victoria, BC.

In her general practice, Dr. Cole utilizes the best available evidence to develop

individualized treatment plans based on both traditional and modern healthcare

practices. She is dedicated to working with patients to develop realistic health goals

that consider their wants and needs, and helping people live healthier, more

balanced lives. Dr. Cole enjoys working with a variety of people and health concerns,

and is particularly interested in women’s primary care.
