Health & Wellness for HR Professionals
As HR professionals you care for all the individuals in your organization. At this half-day event, we encourage you to put your oxygen mask on first. With optional yoga starting the day, we have a series of speakers (and healthy foods) for you to kick 2020 off right!

7:00 am - Yoga (optional). Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - we have limited supply.
8:00 am - Registration and breakfast
8:45 am to 12:30 pm - Speakers on Mindfulness, Sleep, Nutrition and setting your intention for a success in 2020, personally and professionally.
